1) We require a 50% deposit before any booking is considered to be confirmed.

2) We require full payment on a booking, at the time of booking, if the arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date!

3) We require payment of the full balance outstanding, on every booking, 30 days before arrival.

4) We do not do cancellations except for medical or legal reasons. Then we only do a 50% refund if cancellation is beyond 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise no refund.

5) We do allow guests to postpone, at no charge, to a future available date!

6) We do allow guests to pay off their booking fees. If you are a returning guest we are willing to make a payment plan for the whole amount. If you are a first-time guest, we require a 50% deposit and the balance paid off over the agreed terms.
